A PYGMY goat, five turkeys, two chickens and six guinea fowl have been stolen.

The animals were taken from a field in the Pylewell area of the New Forest some time after 7.30pm on Saturday, September 28.

The male pygmy goat, three male and two female turkeys, two chickens and six guinea fowl were stolen, police said.

“Officers are investigating and enquiries are ongoing at this time,” a Hampshire Police spokesperson said. “As part of our investigation, we are keen to hear from anyone with any information, footage of the incident itself, or anyone who has any knowledge of the current whereabouts of the stolen animals.

“Were you in the area at the time of the incident? Did you witness anything suspicious?”
