FREE entertainment will fill the air with festive feelings at the Wimborne Christmas Lights Switch On.

The event – organised by Wimborne Town Council – will take place on Saturday, November 25, and will see the town square bathed in light when the switch is flicked at 4.30pm.

There will also be a line up of free entertainment from a range of town acts, with carols sung by the Minster Choir after the lights are on, while the Wimborne Militia will be discharging of Muskets on the Minster Green at around 5.15pm.

“It will be a fun packed event for all the family to enjoy and all are welcome to attend,” a Wimborne Town Council spokesperson said.
