CCTV appeal after theft from Wimborne Specsavers

AN iPad was stolen from Specsavers in Wimborne after a burglary last month.

Police have issued a CCTV image of a person they would like to trace after the theft, at around 7.50pm on Monday, January 22, after they gained access to the rear of store, in Crown Mead.

The person searched through an unattended bag and stole an iPad, said Police Community Support Investigator Lindy Wilson.

“As part of our ongoing enquiries, I am now issuing an image of a man I would like to identify,” they added.

“I am appealing to anyone who recognises him to please get in touch.”
