A WOMAN threatened a couple with a knife as they made their way along a Poole street, police said.
The incident unfolded in the Lagland Street area at around 8pm on Saturday (December 28), officers said, when a man and woman reported being the subject of threats from another woman.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said the pair were “walking in the area of Lagland Street when they were approached by a woman known to them”.
“It is alleged the woman pulled out a knife and made threats to kill the man before walking away,” they added.

Detective Sergeant Karen Penn, of Dorset Police, went on: “We are conducting enquiries into this incident and I am keen to hear from any witnesses.
“I would also urge motorists who may have been in the area to please check any dashcam footage from around the relevant time period to see if they have captured anything that might assist our enquiries.
“I would like to make the same plea to residents or businesses in the vicinity with CCTV systems to review their footage for anything of relevance.”
