Updated: Parcel stolen outside Ringwood shop returned

A PARCEL stolen outside a shop in Ringwood’s High Street has been returned, police said.

The parcel, which was left outside the door of Endless Incense by a delivery company, was reportedly stolen at around 10.15pm on December 29.

Police launched a CCTV appeal of a man they wanted to speak to in connection with the theft.

The parcel has since been returned and police have spoken to the man pictured.

“You may recall on Friday we shared an appeal after a parcel was taken from outside the front of a shop in Ringwood High Street on Sunday 29 December,” a New Forest Police spokesperson said.

“We are pleased to update you today that the parcel has now been returned. We have also identified and spoken with the man in the CCTV image we shared.

“Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal on Friday.”
