DAMIAN James Turner has been charged with outraging public decency after reports a man exposed himself in New Milton.
The 37-year-old has been charged over an alleged incident at New Milton Recreational Ground at around midday on Wednesday, July 31.
Turner, of St Johns Road, New Milton, has since been released on bail and is due to attend Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 8.
