A MAN was stabbed after men in balaclavas approached his car and attacked him in a Ringwood supermarket car park.
Police said the incident unfolded in the car park of Morrisons, in Hightown Road, at around 7pm on Saturday night (August 3).
The victim, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital with “serious but not life-threatening injuries”, a Hampshire Police spokesperson said.
“A man in his 20s was sat inside a parked car with the window down, waiting for the driver of the car who had just gone into the shop, when two males wearing balaclavas approached him and stabbed him in the shoulder,” they added.
“He was taken to hospital for treatment to serious but not life-changing or life-threatening injuries.
“The two males then fled the scene in a silver Mercedes C200 sport.”
