POLICE in Ringwood are keen to identify this person in connection with a shoplifting incident.

Officers have released a CCTV image of a person they would like to speak to in connection with reported shoplifting from Budgens, in Salisbury Road.

Between £30 and £40-worth of goods were taken in the theft, which happened at just after 1pm on Wednesday, December 18.

The man we’d like to speak to in connection with this incident is described as: White, in his 20s, around 5ft 8ins tall, with short brown hair.

“We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us,” a Hampshire Police spokesperson said.

“Also, if you witnessed any of the incidents, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.”
