A LUXURY online bathroom retailer is welcoming customers to its brand-new outlet store in Poole this week.

Bournemouth-based Beyond Retail opened its 9,000 sqft Drench Outlet at Nuffield Road in Poole on Monday, January 27 to serve a growing demand from retail and trade customers in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) area.

The outlet will provide trade and retail customers a handy location to purchase everyday bathroom and kitchen essentials, as well as shop from an extensive range of reduced-price clearance stock.

It includes a showroom space in which the online bathroom brand can display a growing number of its own range of bathroom products, including the classically styled Butler & Rose, which was highly commended in the Ideal Home Awards 2024, and contemporary ranges from Vellamo, Drench and Harbour.

Drench is a luxury online bathroom retailer specialising in design-led, high-quality bathroom products and is part of the Beyond Retail family of brands, which includes Drench, Tap Warehouse and Only Radiators.

Collectively, the e-commerce business stocks over 20,000 products from 50 manufacturers and brands across bathrooms, kitchens, heating and accessories.

Drench Trade, which launched in 2024, gives every trade customer access to site-wide discounts, a dedicated account manager, an online ordering facility, delivery perks and more.

The outlet will create one new job for the area initially with hopes for additional positions in the future.
