POLICE are appealing for witnesses after three women and a man were assaulted outside a pub in Ringwood.

The assaults reportedly took place outside The Lamb Inn on Christchurch Road between 8.15pm and 8.30pm on September 21.

Police say the victims were three women in their 30 and 60s and a man in his 30s, with some of the victims sustaining injuries which required medical treatment.

A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: “Were you in the area at the time of the incident and do you recall witnessing it?

“Do you know the identity of any of those responsible?

“Do you have any footage of the assaults, whether that be mobile phone, dash cam, doorbell camera or any other CCTV?
