A WOMAN was injured in a three-car crash near Hinton Martell in East Dorset.

Dorset Police received reports of a crash at 8.31am on Wednesday, April 19, on the B3078 Cranborne Road near to the turning to the village.

The vehicles involved were a grey Land Rover Freelander, a grey Nissan Pixo and a black Volkswagen Polo.

A woman, in her 40s, was treated by the ambulance service for injuries that were not believed to be serious and has since been discharged.

PC Jack Lawford, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to carry out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this incident and I would urge any witnesses to the collision, or the manner of driving of the vehicles involved prior to it, to please contact us.

“I would also like to hear from any motorists who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
