Present for the signing ceremony were the The High Sheriff of Dorset Colin Weston, mayor Diann March, Pete Thrumble from the Royal British Legion, chief of staff at the Defence School of CIS Blandford Lieutenant Colonel Ben Psaila and His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dorset, Angus Campbell.
