SHOPLIFTERS with a taste for Champagne targeted a New Milton store.

Police have issued CCTV images of two people they would like to trace after around £196-worth of Champers was stolen from Marks & Spencer in Station Road at around 3.30pm on Tuesday, November 7.

“We believe the men in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge them, or anyone who knows their identity, to get in touch with us,” a Hampshire Police spokesperson said.

“Also, if you have information about this incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.”
