FIREFIGHTERS will be spreading festive cheer through Poole next week when the ever-popular Santa’s Fire Sleigh fundraiser returns.

Santa will be riding through the streets of the Waterloo Estate on Monday, 15 December, starting at 5.45 pm.

He will be accompanied by his firefighter helpers who will be collecting charitable donations for the Fire Fighters Charity.

Station manager for Poole Liam Diffey said: “We are delighted to be back this Christmas to take Santa through our local neighbourhoods again this year.

“It gives us a great opportunity to engage with our community, spread some festive cheer, raise some money for a great cause, and deliver our fire safety messages.”
