POLICE are appealing for information after a car was damaged in a Wimborne pub car park.

The incident, which saw a grey Ford Focus vandalised in the car park of The Olive Branch pub, occurred between 4pm and 7pm on Saturday, January 4.

It was reported that scratches were made to the vehicle and its tyre was punctured, said PC Elizabeth Johnson-Byrnes, of Dorset Police.

“We are continuing to investigate this matter and I am keen to hear from any witnesses who have not already contacted police,” they added.

“I would also urge any businesses or residents in the vicinity who have CCTV systems to please review their footage from around the relevant time period to see if they have captured anything that might assist our enquiries.”
