Police hunt for four men who reportedly went for multiple joyrides on boat in Poole

POLICE are trying to identify four men who reportedly used a boat in Poole on a number of occasions without the owner’s consent.

Police say the men took out a four-berth Regal 28 Express boat, docked in Cobbs Quay Marina in Woodlands Avenue, without permission from the owner.

The incidents took place between July 15 and August 2.

The owner also reported that they had been fraudulently charged £400 for the cost of fuel used to power the boat.

Police community support investigator Adam Cleaver, of Poole Police, said: “Our investigation into this matter is ongoing and I am now in a position to issue CCTV images of four men we would like to identify.

“I would urge anyone with information regarding their identity to please make contact with us.”
