THE body of a missing Poole man has been reportedly discovered by police.
Dorset Police first put out an appeal to locate missing 37-year-old Lee following concerns for his welfare after he was last seen at around 3pm on November 7 in the Waterloo Road area.
The force has now said it discovered a body of a man in the Ringstead Bay area near Weymouth in the early hours of Sunday morning (November 9).
Dorset Police said: “While formal identification has not yet taken place, it is believed to be Lee and his family has been informed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this extremely difficult time.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and HM Coroner has been notified.”
