POLICE are probing a fire in Ferndown to establish if it was started deliberately.
Firefighters were called to the Parley Common Nature Reserve at around 4.15pm on Wednesday (June 7).
At one point, around 30 firefighters were tackling the blaze, and remained on the site overnight to ensure it was fully out.

Now, police have appealed for anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward in a bid to establish whether the fire was started deliberately.
PC Aimi Cowden, of Ferndown police, said: “I am appealing for anyone with information that could help us find out what led to the fire to please come forward.”
