A MOTORCYLIST was taken to hospital after he were seriously injured following a crash with a car near New Milton.

A red Honda motorbike and a black Audi Q5 crashed at the entrance to Barton on Sea Golf Club on the B3058 just before 4.10pm on Sunday (August 17).

The motorcyclist, a man in his 30s from Bournemouth, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police are now appealing for any witnesses to get in touch.

“We would like to speak to anyone who saw either vehicle in the moments leading up to the collision, and anyone who witnessed the collision itself,” a New Forest Police spokesperson said.
