THOMAS Michael Prior from New Milton is set to appear in court charged with possessing drugs with intent to supply.

The 35-year-old, of Pennywell Gardens, has been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B and is due before Southampton Magistrates’ Court on October 22.

Prior also faces charges of acquire/use/possess criminal property and being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of a Class B drug.

The charges follow an alleged incident at East Midlands Airport, Derby, on Thursday, October 20, 2022, and the subsequent search of a property at Pennywell Gardens on November 8 that year.
