WIMBORNE TOWN secured a place in the Southern League Division One playoffs last night (April 18) after results elsewhere went in their favour.
Both Frome Town and Bashley drew their games 1-1 to ensure their season is extended for at least one more game. Their playoff opponents are yet to be decided, but a point or more on Saturday against Bideford will see them set up a semi-final against local rivals HAMWORTHY UNITED. The semi-finals are scheduled to be played w/c April 24.
