Listen when your body whispers

All too often we just put up with pain. Perhaps we’ve tried several methods of pain relief or various treatment types and it’s not worked so the only option is ‘to live with it’. But why just survive when you can thrive?
There is a saying ‘if you listen to your body when it whispers, then you won’t have to hear it scream’.
How often have you had a little niggle or pain that you have ignored then it’s become more frequent, more persistent, got worse? It’s eventually prevented you from doing your daily tasks or activities and you wished that you’d got it sorted as soon as it started. My clinical massage techniques are perfect to help with chronic pain and if you can start treatment at the sign of that whisper then we can prevent it from screaming later on. When you come for your first appointment we will go through a thorough consultation, a range of motion assessment and we will discuss your desired outcome.
From there we will agree on a treatment plan, how often you need to see me, what your homecare will be and if there is anything else that we can do to help you on your journey.
I say ‘we’ because we work together, I’m not just going to give you an exercise sheet, send you away with it and expect you to do it twice a day. We will work together on what is achievable and realistic for you. You can also book a ‘no-strings’ consultation before you commit to any treatment – it’s a great way to get to know each other and make sure we can work together as a team.
