WIMBORNE is set to host its first ever ‘human poo chain’ this weekend.
The spectacle will be part of a sewage protest ‘with a sense of humour’, staged by environmental campaign group, Extinction Rebellion Wimborne.
It is set to take place on Saturday (August 26), meeting at 10.30am at the Minster end of the King Street car park for a briefing.
The protest will then process around town and form a human poo chain at various locations, organisers said.
“This is a peaceful and non disruptive action designed to communicate the urgency of the sewage crisis with the public,” they said.
“Please come along and meet us all.”
