Early morning theft of electric bike in Poole sparks police appeal

POLICE are trying to identify a man after an electric bike was allegedly stolen in Poole.

Police say a black and orange Cannondale Cytronex, which was locked and secured, was stolen from an underground car park in Balcombe Road at around 3.25am on August 26.

Police community support investigator Adam Cleaver, of Poole Police, said: “As part of my enquiries, I have obtained a CCTV image of a man I would like to identify.

“I would ask anyone who recognises him to please contact Dorset Police.”
