CCTV appeal after pair tried to steal items from New Forset garden centre

POLICE are trying to identify two people who attempted to steal items from Everton Nurseries in the New Forest.

New Forest Police said a man and a woman entered the garden centre on Farmers Walk in Everton at around 11.45am on July 11.

The pair then reportedly picked up several items before putting them through a fence which led to a car park.

“Staff intervened before the items were stolen but the offenders left the scene,” a spokesperson said.

“We are now issuing images of two people we would like to speak to in connection with this incident.

“If you know who these people are or have any more information, please call 101 quoting reference 44250309096.”
