CCTV appeal after £100 of goods stolen from New Milton Morrisons

POLICE want to trace this person in connection with claims of shoplifting at Morrisons in New Milton.

Alcohol and steaks were among items worth around £100 stolen from the store, in Station Road, some time between 6.35pm and 6.50pm on Saturday, January 25.

However, staff were subsequently able to recover the items at the door, Hampshire Police said.

A spokesperson added: “The man we’d like to speak to in connection with this incident is described as white, of slim build, wearing a grey shirt, grey jacket, dark grey trousers and black shoes.

“We believe the man pictured can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.

“Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.”
