POLICE have sadly found a body in their search for missing Bournemouth woman Janette.
65-year-old Janette was last seen at around 9.30am last Thursday (July 3) in the area of Alumdale Road in Westbourne.
But now, officers from Dorset Police said they have now found a body – and while formal identification has not yet taken place, they believe it to be Janette and have informed her next of kin.
The body was found at around 1.20pm yesterday (July 8) in the area of The Avenue in Poole.

Chief inspector Darren Moores of Dorset Police said: “Our thoughts are very much with the family and loved ones of Janette at this extremely difficult time.
“I would like to thank all those involved in the search efforts to locate her, including volunteers from Dorset Search and Rescue.”
The death is not being treated as suspicious, and HM Coroner has been notified.
