A TEENAGE girl was punched and kicked during an attack in Sturminster Marshall.

Police said reports stated that between noon and 1pm on Saturday, April 29, the victim – a 13-year-old girl – was assaulted by another teenage girl on the green at Churchill Close.

The victim was punched and kicked, as well as pulled by her hair. She did not sustain any serious injuries.

PC Mia Jakeman, of Dorset Police, said: “I am carrying out enquiries into this incident and would ask anyone who was in the area and witnessed what happened to please come forward.

“I would also ask residents with home CCTV systems facing the green to please check their footage for anything of relevance.”
