The Dorset Neon Run returns to Poole Park on Saturday, April 23, in aid of Dorset’s disability charity Diverse Abilities.
Laps of the lake and cricket pitch make up the 5km fun run for participants to run, walk, dance, or jog around during the colourful fundraiser.
Entries are open now with tickets available from £15 per person, with the option to donate more on sign up and receive an event T-shirt. Registration for the main event opens at 7pm and participants aged 12 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
This year the charity is also offering a family-focused event earlier in the day – the Family 2km – for groups of two to three or four to six. Group tickets cost £15 and £25 and include a bumper glow pack with face paints and glow sticks to get all dressed up on the night.
The family fun run registration opens at 5pm and the run will begin at 5.30pm. Visit dorsetneonrun.com.
