ROTARY club members in Wimborne have been recognised for their ‘outstanding contributions’ to the group’s work.

Wimborne Rotary president, Brian Dryden, handed Paul Harris Fellow Awards to David Sumner and Chris Mogg at a recent ceremony.

The honour is one of the highest honours bestowed by Rotary International and recognises individuals for their outstanding contributions to the organisation and exemplifying the ideal of ‘Service above Self’.

Mr Dryden said: “It gives me great pleasure to present these awards to you and to acknowledge the service which you have given through your membership of Wimborne Rotary.”
