A 14-YEAR-old boy is set to appear in court after he was charged with several offences – including assault and shoplifting – following an incident in Brockenhurst.
This follows a reported theft from the Co-op store on Brookley Road on September 8.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with shoplifting, common assault, assault on a constable in the execution of their duty and breach of criminal behaviour order.
He was also charged with theft from motor vehicle, following a reported incident in Hythe on October 21.
He is set to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court today (September 23).
