A man was reportedly acting suspiciously in Princess Road in Poole at 4.28am last Friday (August 1) before he broke into a vehicle and stole a black Nike bag containing a wallet and bank cards, police said.

The man could not be found when officers attended the scene.

But it was revealed that the victim’s bank cards had been used to carry out several fraudulent transactions in the area of The Triangle in Bournemouth.
