A MAN in his 50s was taken to hospital following a multi-vehicle crash in Poole earlier today.
At around 11.23am today (May 15), a black Kawasaki motorcycle crashed with a white Ford Fiesta and a brown Land Rover Defender on Wallisdown Road, near to the junction with Canford Avenue.
The biker’s injuries are believed to be life-threatening, and his family has been informed, police said.
Road closures are currently in place while emergency services respond and to allow an examination of the scene to be carried out.

Sergeant Dave Cotterill, of the Roads Policing Team, is urging any witnesses to come forward.
“In particular, I am keen to speak to a pedestrian who was believed to be crossing at the pedestrian crossing near to the junction with Canford Avenue on Wallisdown Road at the time of the collision,” he said.
“I would also urge any motorists who were in the vicinity to please review any dashcam footage for anything that might assist our enquiries.
“Finally, I would like to thank members of the public for their patience and understanding during the road closures.”
