SUE Young has taken up the reins of president of Wimborne Rotary Club – the second time she has led the group.

Ms Young was previously president of the club in 2016/17.

The outgoing president, Graham West, passed his badge of office to Ms Young at a special handover lunch.

Ms Young said: “What I hope most for Wimborne Rotary in this coming year, is that everyone enjoys their time in the club and that everyone gets as much out of their membership as possible and values the tremendous fellowship that Rotary offers.

“My thanks go to Graham for all that he has done for the club during his year in office and with Wimborne Rotary celebrating 75 years of being a part of Rotary International next year, I know it will be an interesting and eventful year for me.”
