Poole home broken into – with two large pouches of tobacco stolen

TWO large pouches of tobacco were stolen in a Poole house burglary.

Dorset Police said entry was gained to a property in Blandford Road near to the junction with New Quay Road overnight from May 14 to 15.

Officers are now appealing for anyone with information about the burglary to get in touch.

PC Alice Beavon of Poole Police said: “An examination of the scene was carried out and enquiries are underway to identify the suspect.

“I would ask anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area to please get in touch.

“Also, if you have any CCTV footage from Blandford Road between the relevant timeframe that might assist my investigation, please come forward.”
