High-value Trek bike stolen in Corfe Mullen burglary

A BIKE was stolen from a Corfe Mullen house in a late-night burglary.

The theft – of a Trek Emonda SL5 – occurred some time around 11.30pm on Thursday, July 11, at an address in Coventry Close.

The bike had a number of Garmin accessories attached, including a rear-view taillight and camera, GPS bike computer and pedals.

PC Erin Hill, of Dorset Police, said: “I am carrying out enquiries into this burglary and am keen to hear from anyone who may have information about who was responsible for this incident.

“As part of my enquiries, I am issuing an image of the stolen bike. I would ask anyone who may have seen it for sale locally in unusual circumstances to please contact Dorset Police.”
