A VAN fire spread to a hedge in on the Avon Causeway last night (July 29).
At around 7.10pm, fire crews from Springbourne, Christchurch and Ferndown were called to reports of a van on fire near the Bosley Nursery Business Park.
“Firefighters in breathing apparatus used two hose reels to extinguish the fire,” a Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said.
The fire was extinguished by around 7.45pm and an investigation launched in to the cause, they added.
