A BIKER in his 70s was taken to hospital after a crash near New Milton.

The incident happened in Hinton, at the junction of Lyndhurst Road and Ringwood Road, at around 8.15pm on Wednesday (September 6).

A black Indian motorcycle and a black Nissan Qashqai were involved in the crash.
The motorcycle rider, a man in his 70s, was taken to hospital with serious but not life threatening or life-changing injuries, Hampshire Police said.

“We would like to speak to anyone who saw either vehicle prior to the collision, or the incident itself,” a spokesperson added.

“In particular, we would like to speak to anyone with dash cam footage relevant to our investigation.”
