POLICE are appealing for information after a £4,600 bike was stolen from a garage in Christchurch.
The force said entry was gained to a garage at a property in Hillside Drive at around 9.20pm on Sunday (November 2).
A neon yellow Whyte E160S electric bike was reported as stolen.
Anyone with information about the theft is asked to contact police.
PC Dave Buchanan, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this burglary and I would urge any witnesses or anyone with relevant information to please contact us.

“We would like to hear from anyone who saw a metallic grey Audi with a loud exhaust travelling in the area, or any other suspicious activity, on the evening of Sunday, November 2, as well as anyone who may have captured relevant CCTV or dashcam footage.
“I am also issuing an image of the stolen e-bike and would urge anyone who comes across a matching bike being offered for sale locally or online in suspicious circumstances to please get in touch.”
