Appeal after bikes and motorbike stolen from Barton on Sea

POLICE are keen to hear from anyone offered these bikes for sale.

They were stolen during a burglary in the Barton-on-Sea area at around 3am on Tuesday, November 14.

The three mountain bikes, and an off-road motorcycle, were reportedly loaded into the back of a white Fiat 500 which drove off with the boot lid open.

“We’re appealing for anyone who lives in the area, or perhaps near the Hampshire/Dorset border and saw a Fiat 500 with the boot lid open in the early hours of Tuesday morning,” a Hampshire Police spokesperson said.

“We would also like to hear from anyone who has been offered sale of the stolen bikes, or has perhaps seen them for sale online.”
